Instant Estimate

Built around a Hong Kong trade-in flow: tell us the phone details, describe its condition, and the system calculates an initial recycling estimate. If the phone matches your submission, we pay the quoted price.

Currently supports Apple iPhone 16 series and below, plus common Hong Kong recycling models from Samsung and Xiaomi released in 2024 or earlier. If your model is not listed, ask for a manual WhatsApp quote.

FAQ

Questions before selling your phone

We explain pricing, payout, data safety and inspection rules upfront to reduce handover disputes.

Is the online estimate the final recycling price?

The online estimate is calculated from the model, storage, body condition, battery health and function status you submit. If the physical phone matches your submission, we pay the quoted price. If there is a cracked screen, account lock, water damage or functional issue, we will explain the reason before adjusting the price.

How long is the estimate held?

The estimate is held for 5 days by default. Phone recycling prices move quickly, so a new estimate is required after 5 days.

When will I get paid?

For MTR station inspection, payout can be arranged by FPS, PayMe or bank transfer after confirmation. For mail-in inspection, payout is made after we receive and check the phone. High-value phones may require manual review.

What inspection methods are available?

We currently offer two options: MTR station inspection and mail-in inspection. MTR station inspection is suitable if you want the price confirmed on site; mail-in inspection is suitable if your schedule or location is less convenient.

Will my phone data be exposed?

Before handover, we remind you to back up, sign out of Apple ID or Google Account, and erase personal data. For business bulk recycling, we can provide data-erasure confirmation and a device list.

Do you accept locked, blacklisted or suspicious phones?

No. We will ask for the IMEI or serial number and will not accept phones with Apple ID / Google Account still locked, suspected stolen phones, or phones with unclear sources.

Can a company recycle multiple phones at once?

Yes. Companies, schools and organisations can provide the phone quantity and model list. We will arrange bulk quotation, handover, inspection, payout and recycling reports.
